Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our NOVA II program in Northeast Philadelphia. This position offers a generous benefits package, an hourly rate of $29.83, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary

We are committed to providing a values-based and trauma-informed environment for our residents and staff. As an LPN, you will be responsible for maintaining respectful interactions, providing shift oversight, and ensuring the health and safety of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain nursing documentation and medication records
  • Assist residents in learning about their medications and ensure accurate recording
  • Provide nursing care, including wound care, trach care, and diabetic counseling
  • Assess residents' health and emotional needs
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years medical/surgical experience
  • One year behavioral health experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED and valid LPN license
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license
