Job Overview

Position: Service Technician
Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour

All technicians are provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and uniforms. Enjoy generous benefits such as:

Health benefits become available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Additionally, any necessary tools not already owned will be supplied.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Rotating On-Call approximately every 6-7 weeks.


Service Technician Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you will:

  • Respond to service requests and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions and defects.
  • Install and solder equipment as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality post-repair.
  • Adhere to best service practices and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding assignments and updates.
  • Contribute to the development of the service area and region.
  • Provide your own basic tools for the trade.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including support in other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC/R.
