Job Title: Bell Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.

Job Summary:

The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, opening doors and assisting with luggage as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and safe hotel lobby area.
  • Assist guests with taxi requests, directions, and other needs.
  • Collaborate with the Valet department to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform other duties as required, including checking in and out guests, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Alcohol Awareness Card required.
  • Ability to drive all class 'C' vehicles and be comfortable with different vehicle types.
  • Must have a 3-year clean DMV record.
  • Adhere to all grooming standards, including no visible tattoos or piercings.
