Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties include:
- Conducting routine cleaning tasks such as trash disposal, mopping, and window washing.
- Performing dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping activities.
- Polishing furniture and replenishing cleaning supplies.
- Achieving a cleaning rate of 1,500 square feet per hour, which entails walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting.
- Engaging in some residential cleaning as required.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs independently.
- Reliable transportation and a mobile device for clocking in and out.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
This is a part-time position with availability required Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings, totaling 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased hours.
Compensation and BenefitsStarting pay is from $13.50 per hour, with benefits including:
