Empire Parking Lot Services, a leading paving contractor in Southern California, is seeking experienced Highway Striping Technicians to join our production team. Our office is based in Orange, California, and we service the entire region.

About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled individuals with 1 year of experience in striping layout, curb painting, and sign installation. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as part of a team, and meet all safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laying out and striping lines in parking lots and warehouses
  • Painting curbs, wheel stops, stencils, and installing signs, posts, and wheel stops
  • Arriving at work by designated start times and assisting in job site cleanup
  • Controlling traffic passing, in, and around work zones
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
