About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CPE Docsis Engineer to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing tests to identify software issues before product launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tests to identify software issues
  • Analyze and document bugs found during testing
  • Collaborate with software developers to resolve defects
  • Coach team members on testing tools and process improvement
Requirements
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • DOCSIS/Cable Modem/CPE experience
  • Linux/Unix experience
  • Familiarity with DHCP, SNMP, and IPv6 protocols
  • Working knowledge of Splunk Data Platform
  • SQL, MySQL, or MariaDB experience
  • Other network protocols and network engineering skills
