Overview

Premier Anesthesia, a national anesthesia management company, is seeking a skilled Credentialing Coordinator to join their team. As a trusted partner for healthcare organizations nationwide, they focus on developing and managing anesthesia services tailored to the needs of their clients, medical staff, and communities.

The ideal candidate will provide credentialing support to hospital MSOs and facilities, ensuring seamless credentialing processes for Premier Anesthesia providers. This role requires strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the effective performance of assigned administrative and clerical functions, including receiving and starting credentialing processes for assigned providers.
  • Work closely with facilities, groups, and providers to ensure a smooth credentialing process.
  • Assist facilities or groups with outstanding items to complete the credentialing process.
  • Ensure the Company has required documentation to meet minimum credentials prior to provider assignments.
  • Identify possible red flags and work with risk management to assess and approve during the credentialing process.
  • Maintain logs and data required for continued credentialing.
  • Reconcile credit card charges/invoices monthly.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 3-5 years of credentialing experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Credentialing Software experience (i.e., MD Staff, Cactus, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills and well-organized.
  • Able to work well independently and assist, direct, and coordinate others.
