We are seeking a skilled Certified Automotive Technician to join our High Volume Service Department at Tate Branch CDJR Artesia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Diagnostic and Testing: Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Communication: Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
- Estimation and Warranty: Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Auto Technician.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance, fast learner, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, computer skills, and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Personal Qualities: Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
