Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our travel team in a dynamic OUT PATIENT setting in Fairfield, CA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OUT PATIENT environment. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your clinical skills in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a OUT PATIENT setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Active CA license
  • 2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
