Concierge Associate

Vitality Living is seeking a Concierge Associate to join our team at Baypoint Village. As a key member of our community, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception desk and perform administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from residents and their families, and escalate issues to the Executive Director or Business Office Director as needed.
• Handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Organize and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services, and team member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Director.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.

Job Details:

• PRN (As Needed) position.
