Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Patient Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
  • Complete pertinent documents
  • Prepare rooms for admission by setting up IV poles and adjusting beds to the appropriate level
  • Maintain security and confidentiality when transporting patients and interacting with family and visitors
  • Clean and procure equipment and supplies
  • Run errands for the unit as required
  • Assist licensed personnel in providing a safe and comfortable environment at all times
  • Perform unit-specific patient care tasks in accordance with skills checklist and document on flowsheet
  • Identify obvious changes in patient condition and take responsibility for reporting those changes promptly to nurse in charge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Patient care experience in an acute care setting is preferred
  • CNA License in state of employment required
  • BLS required
Work Schedule

7PM - 7AM

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $44,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
