Parkland Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team. As a registered nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care, using problem-solving skills and exhibiting good judgment.
You will also provide therapeutic and administrative services necessary for patient care, delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel, and provide required supervision as needed. Parkland Medical Center's Float Pool RN demonstrates independence in planning, organizing, administering, and evaluating patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and prior critical care experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental and vision benefits, life and disability coverage, and education assistance.
