About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results in the face of property damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restoration professionals in providing emergency response and mitigation services to customers
  • Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize property damage and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to assess damage and develop mitigation plans
  • Manage inventory and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in property damage mitigation and restoration
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Certifications in IICRC-ASD, WRT, and other relevant areas
