Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at an esteemed healthcare facility in Rancho Murieta, California. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented PT to build upon their skills while advancing their career in outpatient rehabilitation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Patients: Demonstrate clinical reasoning while assessing patients, identifying diagnoses, and developing comprehensive plans of care.
  • Provide Therapy Services: Perform age-appropriate competency skills in area of practice and with respect to individual patient's problems.
  • Document Patient Progress: Document patient progress according to approved medical and facility documentation procedures.
  • Discharge Patients: Discharge patient when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
Requirements
  • Active State License: Active state license as a physical therapist.
  • Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience: 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years.
