Key Responsibilities:

  • Competently provide direct client care as assigned by the Registered Nurse according to the Plan of Treatment/Medical Doctors Orders.
  • Maintain a complete, accurate, and confidential clinical record for the client receiving care.
  • Effectively communicate with the DON or Case Manager regarding private duty client progress.
  • Interact with clients and families to determine and meet any special needs related to their care.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN License from the State of Florida
  • Valid CPR Certificate
  • Relevant nursing experience Home Health preferred.
  • Demonstrated competence with basic computer skills including but not limited to email, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office.
