Job Responsibilities

As a nephrologist at our VA Medical Center, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct professional renal services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This includes evaluating and treating patients with known or suspected renal disease, developing treatment plans that may include dialysis, rounding on hospitalized patients, and attending clinics.

Requirements

  • Nephrology Expertise: You must possess advanced knowledge and skills in nephrology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of renal diseases.
  • Board Certification: You must be board certified in nephrology or have completed a fellowship program in nephrology.
  • Licensure: Hold a full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory.

Work Schedule

Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:45am - 4:30pm, allowing for a great work-life balance.
