We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to support our clients during unexpected absences and last-minute scheduling needs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering individualized care to a variety of clients.

This position requires full availability on weekdays from 7 am to 5 pm. As a flexible caregiver, you must be attentive to all communications and prepared to accept any shift with a one-hour notice. Each on-call day guarantees a minimum of 3 hours of compensation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $25 per hour for on-call shifts
  • Minimum of 3 hours of pay for each on-call day
  • Accumulate points for exciting rewards or gift cards
  • Annual paid time off of up to 24 hours
  • Eligibility for health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days
  • Access to both in-person and online paid training sessions
