We are looking for a highly skilled Family Child Care Business Specialist to join our team at Clarendon Early Education Services, Inc. As a Family Child Care Business Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting licensed Family Child Care Educators in their business endeavors, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to provide high-quality care to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular business visits to Family Child Care Educators to provide technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring support
  • Facilitate childcare referrals, enrollment, and ongoing family supports, as well as connections to community resources
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Family Child Care Educators' business practices, including administrative tasks and financial management
  • Collaborate with the Training Director to develop and deliver professional development opportunities for Family Child Care Educators
  • Represent the agency in community outreach activities to build connections that benefit families

Estimated Annual Salary: $50,000 - $54,000, based on location and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and 401K benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
