- Aiding in the preparation of design drawings, quantity take-offs, cost assessments, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables in collaboration with the structural team.
- Compiling technical studies and reports.

Team Collaboration:
In this role, the individual will closely collaborate with a team of Structural Engineers and/or Project Managers. A commitment to teamwork and adherence to established standards is essential. A proactive, client-oriented mindset is vital.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Colorado is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.

Compensation:
This position offers a salary range of $85K - $118K annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, it includes eligibility for an annual performance bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, which encompasses medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, along with other supplemental benefits.
