  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Enter deposit information into the accounting system
    • Retrieve and organize daily deposits from various banks and banking institutions
    • Complete drivers' pay process
    • Download and transfer AR files, complete intra-company write-offs, and forward information to relevant parties
    • Handle discrepancies and issues with daily deposits
    • Run AR reports and perform cash application duties
    • Other duties as assigned
