Job Title: Application Programmer

Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Application Programmer to join our team in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot lower-level environment issues
  • Design, implement, and maintain tools and processes for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics
  • 7 years of qualified hands-on experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle with Java (8/17), J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
  • Java developer with DevOps experience
  • Able to do hands-on coding and experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines and working on End-of-Life technology upgrades
  • Well-versed with BitBucket flow and version control systems, pull requests, and other version control-related concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, JFrog, Ansible Tower, Datical/Liquibase, SonarQube, Artifactory, XLR
  • Knowledge of Application Development Security Framework and Vulnerability remediation
  • Able to adhere to and implement modern CI/CD concepts and proactively suggest automation solutions to improve
  • Able to work with Java
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a high degree of accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expert-level experience with Maven build tool, Jenkins, Ansible, Sonar scan, and security scan, SDM tool like XL Release (XLR)
  • Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL
  • JIRA, Agile, Git hub, Spring boot
Desired Skills:
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics

Pay Range: $51.73-$59.73
