Job Summary:

Treasure Coast Hospice is seeking a skilled Raiser's Edge Specialist to manage donations and maintain accurate records in our database. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donations, including gift processing, pledge tracking, and donor recognition.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate gift processing and reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase donor engagement and retention.

Requirements:
  • Two to three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Raiser's Edge software and its applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
