Job Summary:

Fabcon is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team as a Construction Laborer for welding tasks on precast panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and be able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction labor tasks such as caulking precast concrete panels
• Follow work instructions provided by the welding crew foreperson
• Handle materials and equipment responsibly and efficiently
• Adhere to established safety procedures and policies

Requirements:

• 3G & 4G Certified Welder with AWS Certification
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work well in a team
• Experience working at heights and with construction practices
• Valid driver's license and means of transportation
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of construction or manual labor experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

• Field work in all weather conditions, exposure to heavy machinery noise
