We are in search of a skilled Registered Behavior Technician who embraces innovative approaches to delivering behavior analytic services. Essential Skills:
- Active RBT certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully on clinical and ethical matters, demonstrating professional humility.

- Strong time management capabilities, including proactive communication when support is needed.
- Foundational clinical skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior analytic strategies for children aged 0-18 under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Physical demands include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Meet established billable hour requirements.
- Complete necessary organizational and insurance documentation daily.
- Work with a diverse range of clients, including those with significant behavioral challenges.
- Engage in at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
- Adhere to the RBT Ethics Code.
- Participate in supervision meetings with BCBAs and attend clinical rounds and team meetings.

Hours:
