Essential Skills:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully on clinical and ethical matters, demonstrating professional humility.

  • Strong time management capabilities, including proactive communication when support is needed.
  • Foundational clinical skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior analytic strategies for children aged 0-18 under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Physical demands include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Meet established billable hour requirements.
  • Complete necessary organizational and insurance documentation daily.
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including those with significant behavioral challenges.
  • Engage in at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
  • Adhere to the RBT Ethics Code.
  • Participate in supervision meetings with BCBAs and attend clinical rounds and team meetings.

Hours:

  • Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week.
