Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Provide patient and family education, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
  • Monitor patient's vital signs, intake and output, and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician, ensuring accurate and timely treatment.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Active LPN license in good standing, with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
  • CPR Certification, demonstrating your ability to respond to emergency situations.
  • Previous home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license with current automobile insurance, ensuring timely and safe patient transport.
