Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a Hospital setting in Baltimore, MD.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic Hospital environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Active MD. Hospital license
  • 2+ years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
