Premier at Perry Village is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care in our nursing home setting. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our residents, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro, and dementia care, as well as wound care and IV therapy, as applicable.
- Implement care plans in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and inter-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, as outlined in their care plans.
- Ensure residents are out of bed according to established care plans.
- Interact with residents, family members, and colleagues in a professional, supportive, and calm manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the care plan.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, obtained through a State-approved training program and successful examination.
- Documentation of certification required upon application.
Premier at Perry Village is a long-term care facility with a standard shift schedule, including evening and night shifts. The weekly schedule includes Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends.
License/CertificationCNA certification is required for this position.
