As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum through engaging characters, ensuring that learning is enjoyable.
- Building relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning occur seamlessly.
- Regularly communicating with parents about their children's adventures and achievements through various channels.
Do You:
- Possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have at least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour.
The Learning Experience is committed to making early education joyful, engaging, and fun, ensuring children are excited to learn, play, and grow. Our curriculum emphasizes the six ages and stages of early childhood development, engaging children in hands-on learning activities that encourage exploration and problem-solving at their own pace. This lays a foundation for children to Learn, Play, and Grow under the guidance of our caring educators and staff.
At TLE, we have developed a cast of characters that serve as educators, partners, and friends throughout the preschool journey. Each character possesses a unique personality and area of interest, bringing learning to life and allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
