Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Refresh Lead to join our team in support of the Office of Naval Research. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site work three days a week and an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology refresh strategy to ensure that all hardware and software remain up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and analysis to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology refresh projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical refresh schedules and analysis of alternatives.
- Ensure that all technology refresh projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Experience leading technology refresh efforts and developing technical documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to obtain an Active DoD Secret or Interim Secret Clearance.
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS cloud.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure management best practices.
- Experience with technical documentation and analysis.
