Job Title: Unified Communications/Audio Visual SME

Tyto Athene is seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications/Audio Visual SME to provide technical expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of telephony, video teleconferencing, chat, IPTV, digital signage, mass notification, LMR, and AVMM architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational guides for UC systems
  • Provide training and support for Government customers on the use of UC systems
  • Ensure the smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UC systems
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware and software configuration
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of UC systems
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using UC systems
  • Document hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
  • Coordinate hardware installations across multiple sites
  • Develop and maintain the environment for hardware and software build, staging, testing, and integration
  • Apply concepts and define and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
  • Analyze complex hardware systems, hardware design, architecture, network design, and other technical hardware issues
  • Perform testing on equipment
  • Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial
  • Deploy, install, and implement UC systems at CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • Conduct site surveys and interpret drawings, specifications, and other related documents
  • Act as equipment custodian and perform inventory asset management and accountability functions
  • Design a wide variety of UC solutions, including multi-level security systems, enterprise-level collaboration systems, conference rooms, classrooms, command centers, auditoriums, digital signage, and streaming
Requirements:
  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university with two years of experience; or High School diploma with four years' experience; or Bachelor's degree with no work experience
