Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of patient care by working collaboratively with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team, and monitor patient responses to these interventions.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to our medical team, and communicate with patients and their families to ensure that their needs are met.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Active RN License in the State of California.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to ensure that patient care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve our goals.
