Job Title: Batch Mixer

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Batch Mixer to join our team in Chicago Heights, IL. As a Batch Mixer, you will be responsible for formulating chemicals, handling raw materials, and operating machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pouring materials into reactors and monitoring machinery
  • Receiving and following batch sheets to formulate chemicals
  • Handling raw materials, including liquids and powders from drums, totes, and bags
  • Communicating effectively with the next shift and supervisors about batch records
  • Performing labor tasks and gradually progressing to fully perform formulating and batch-mixing roles
  • Assisting with packaging and staging orders

Requirements:

  • 3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Blending, formulating, chemical operating, batch mixing experience

Pay and Shift:

  • 2nd and 3rd shifts in Chicago Heights
  • 1st shift: $20.90
  • 2nd shift: $22.00
  • 3rd shift: $23.10
