We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on screenings, Medicaid billings, and reevaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of students.
- Manage Medicaid billings and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with billing regulations.
- Conduct reevaluations as required and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student progress.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Louisiana state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessments and therapy services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for Medicaid billing and documentation.
