Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-donation medical screenings and assessments to ensure donor suitability.
- Administer compassionate and skilled care during the plasma donation process.
- Monitor donor vital signs and manage adverse reactions as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Educate donors on the importance of plasma donation and ensure adherence to protocols.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
