Job Overview

Mathnasium of Daly City is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional educational services to our students, managing instructor schedules, and cultivating positive relationships with parents and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational services to students, including elaborating on program details and benefits to current and potential customers.
  • Supervise and manage instructor schedules in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and instructors, proactively identifying instructional issues and resolving client concerns.
  • Liaise with parents, students, and instructors to communicate educational development, school activities, news, and information.
  • Prepare teaching materials and send progress reports to parents periodically.
  • Delegate tasks to lead instructors and instructors to achieve efficiency in center operations.

  • Previous experience in a lead position with an education institution or Mathnasium, highly preferred.

We offer a flexible schedule of 20-40 hours per week and a competitive compensation package. All applicants must provide work authorization and pass a background check.
