Job Overview

As a Regional Van Truckload Driver with Schneider, you'll enjoy a consistent flow of freight and a high volume of miles. Our predictable power lanes ensure you'll have maximum drive time and less downtime, allowing you to focus on the road and delivering exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • CDL training available through Schneider
