**Job Description:**
The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment throughout MEDXCEL's facilities. This includes steam valves, steam traps, steam or water coils, radiators, water softeners, unit heaters, water heaters, condensate and circulating pumps.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently to maintain optimal facility operations.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
- Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment as needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical systems maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
**What We Are Looking For:**
MEDXCEL is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and repair, with experience working on a variety of equipment types.
