Job Responsibilities:- Administer medications as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds and provide support during physical examinations and treatments.
- Perform treatments scheduled during shifts and document patient care.
- Maintain infection control measures and adhere to facility policies and regulations.
- Assist with research related to quality of care and participate in staff meetings.
- Assist with records, orders, and assessments of new admissions.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work well with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
