Envisioneering, Inc. is in search of a Lead Science and Technology (S&T) Program Manager / Coordinator to provide support for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and its ongoing Science and Technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise and recent experience in the management and execution of intricate technical projects, utilizing analytical problem-solving techniques, collaborating with Government and prime contractor personnel, and efficiently managing resources.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current SECRET Clearance or the capability to obtain one.
  • Recent experience in overseeing S&T development activities aligned with program timelines, conducting technology evaluations, and/or sustaining technology transition agreements.
  • Proficiency in evaluating existing requirements to help identify technology development prospects aimed at addressing capability deficiencies and formulating technology roadmaps for the transition of S&T initiatives.

Educational Background/Certifications:

  • A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited institution in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related fields along with 15 years of pertinent work experience; or a Master's degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related fields with 20 years of relevant work experience; or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related fields accompanied by 25 years of relevant work experience.
