Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments at their preferred locations.
- Conducting Interviews: Gather information from clients through face-to-face or phone interviews, adhering to quality assurance standards.
- Providing Transportation: Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments.
- Networking: Expand agency contacts by building relationships with local organizations and service providers.
- Quality Assurance: Meet established standards for client engagement and data collection.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on longitudinal research projects is highly desirable. Additionally, your ability to navigate challenging environments and adapt to changing circumstances will be valuable assets in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
