Clinical Refill Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Refill Specialist to join our team at Sadler Health Center in Pennsylvania.
About the Role:
- Ensure timely prescription refills for Sadler providers using standing orders.
- Communicate with patients to clarify prescription needs when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with medical providers, pharmacy staff, and patients.
- Proactively assist patients with medication and appointment scheduling to promote adherence.
- Handle refill requests via fax, phone, web encounters, and electronic systems.
- Review patient data for outreach in targeted disease states.
- Represent Sadler professionally in the community and collaborate with peers effectively.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania and current CPR/AED certification.
- 2+ years of full-time LPN experience.
- Associate's degree in nursing, bilingual skills, and experience in FQHCs or fast-paced clinic settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
A comprehensive compensation package, including a generous PTO benefit. The estimated salary for this role is $27-30 per hour.
Sadler Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Carlisle, PA, Loysville, PA, and Mechanicsburg, PA.
