Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-office assistance, including telephone coverage, patient scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Interview patients, take vital signs, and record information on patient charts.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and assist with medical procedures.
  • Inventory and order medical supplies and materials.
  • Perform routine diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and EKGs, and administer injections or treatments.
  • Register patients in required information systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments, receive payments, and complete insurance forms.
  • Key data into computer systems to maintain office and patient records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
