Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Part Time Spares Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating deliveries, maintaining the cleanliness and operability of our delivery trucks, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate daily deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service to our customers
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks to maintain a well-organized and safe working environment
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operability of our delivery trucks to ensure they are always in good condition
  • Perform safe pick-ups and deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Keep the parts department up-to-date on delivery schedules to ensure seamless communication with our teams
  • Perform miscellaneous shop duties as assigned by management to support the overall efficiency of our operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with the information they need

Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60lbs when loading and unloading trucks
  • Valid driver's license in the state where you will work and a good driving record
