Physical Therapy Home Health Professional

About the RoleThis is a 13-week contract position that requires prior experience with OASIS/Medicare certified visits. You will have the chance to work independently and use computer charting skills to document patient progress.
CompensationThe estimated weekly payment for this role is $2,160 - $2,346.*
- We offer a tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
Please note that the pay package is subject to confirmation.
ResponsibilitiesAs a travel physical therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will provide home health care services to patients in De Queen, Arkansas. You will need to have a valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for using your computer charting skills to document patient progress and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- $2,160 – $2,346 per week*
- 13-week contract
- Paid by the hour – not by the visit
- Home Health Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
