HSE Specialist

Job Summary:

Radiant Technologies is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team in Leipzig, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing EHS at our facility and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard
• Develop and implement measures to ensure occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
• Collaborate closely with production management and purchasing to evaluate processes and prioritize EHS concerns
• Report to the Plant Manager and contribute to the development of EHS standards and culture
• Ensure the safe fit-out, installation, and commissioning of the facility and equipment

Requirements:

• Expertise in occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
