Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Palmer Group. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining working knowledge of laws and regulations, and ensuring accuracy in payroll deductions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including review of files, data, and updates
  • Maintain working knowledge of all laws, regulations, and schedules appropriate for meeting deadlines
  • Audit timecards and assist with any questions or necessary updates, including adjustments
  • Verify payroll deductions to ensure accuracy
  • Manage the submission of payroll reports
  • W-2 management, including verification of accuracy and deadlines for disbursements

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of related experience within the payroll space
  • Strong technical abilities, including Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Prior experience working within the Workday system is highly preferred
  • Organized, detailed, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
