Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and diagnosing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and adherence to established treatment plans.
  • Serving as a resource and role model for clinical practice, training, evaluation, and direct management of practitioners and students in all areas encompassed by the service line.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program recognized by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or its predecessors.
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing accredited through the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Inc. (ACEN) for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs).
  • No prior experience required; current employees may have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification in Satori Alternative to Managing Aggression (SAMA) within 90 days of placement, along with maintenance of BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from one of the following: American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
