We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Northwest Hospital. As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland.
- Experience in a PCU or critical care setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
