Key Responsibilities
1. **Marketing Strategy Development**
- Create and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for events.
- Develop and manage marketing materials and assets.
2. **Content Management**
- Curate and manage content for event websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Ensure effective communication through event registration systems, handling inquiries and confirmations.
3. **Event Coordination**
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to ensure quality coverage of events.
- Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks.
4. **Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Conduct data management and analysis to enhance customer segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop surveys to measure customer satisfaction and provide actionable insights.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Partnership Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with creative agencies and vendors.
- Prepare promotional contracts and materials to engage with media partners.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing or related fields.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design software is a plus.
- Willingness to work extended hours during event periods.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is desirable.
