About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with fellow associates and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Work effectively with multiple supervisors and fellow associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using a cash register or other point-of-sale systems

Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $14.00 to $26.00, plus performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.

Additional Compensation:

You may also receive additional compensation in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. These premiums can range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should be able to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders, review customer orders accurately, and interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.
